Sedusa was an archenemy in the Powerpuff Girls
Crossover. Sakurako Kintoki got struck by a black light while she was trying on lipstick and turned into Sedusa. The effects of the black light are not permanent in Annie and she can revert back to her normal self, however, the curse causes her to transform into Sedusa whenever she wears lipstick. Sedusa, Sakurako can wear makeup to make herself look like anyone, as well as use her hair like tentacles, traits shared with her American counterpart. Nicole quickly goes over to Sedusa and yells to her that she hasn't won yet. Then starts fighting Sedusa. Sedusa throws Nicole around causing her to break her own property. Then, Nicole becomes extremely mad, and charged Sedusa, and grappling they break through a window and fell into sewer water. They fight under the water surface and after it was done, Nicole exits sewer water, and shows all of her own skin. Nicole using the Antidote X to erase their powers to Sedusa and rescue make Annie as normal and how to make good forever.
